Molly McDonald Associate, Talent
Molly’s primary focus is on providing talent management and organizational development advisory services to Next Street’s clients.
Molly has helped organizations strategically manage their talent by measuring employee attitudes and translating this research into people initiatives that align leadership objectives with employee feedback. For more than six years she has improved her clients’ ability to attract, retain and engage top talent through a variety of organizational effectiveness projects including performance management, succession planning, leadership development and culture change. Her clients have ranged across industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, transportation and retail.
Prior to joining Next Street in July 2009, Molly was a consultant with the global Human Resource consulting firms Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt. She was responsible for the project management of global initiatives including survey development, group facilitation and data analysis resulting in customized human capital recommendations and solutions. Molly managed and partnered with cross-practice teams to provide first-in-class organizational effectiveness consulting and change management for her clients. She specialized in Employee Engagement and Employee Value Propositions.
Molly earned a B.A. in Psychology and minored in English at Hendrix College. She received her M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. Molly is an avid runner and has completed multiple marathons. Before moving to Boston from Chicago she regularly volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Chicago Public Radio and Girls on the Run.
