Paul Giudice Managing Associate
Paul’s primary focus is on financial and strategic due diligence analysis, underwriting, and deal structuring for Next Street.
Paul’s work at Galt & Company and NERA Economic Consulting have provided him with several years of experience in delivering strategic advice and economic support to a variety of clients in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, software, consumer products, and banking. At Galt, Paul worked closely with clients to develop fact-based core strategy decisions capable of corporate transformations. At NERA, he managed the collection of data, design of analysis, and construction of expert testimony used in intellectual property disputes. Clients have included The Coca-Cola Company and Medinol, as well as over a dozen other clients that cannot be named due to confidentiality agreements.
Paul has a B.S. from The Colorado College, where he double majored in Mathematical Economics and Physics. One of Paul’s favorite activities is cooking gourmet meals for family and friends. He also enjoys skiing and sailing.
