Rojin Lee Associate
Rojin’s primary focus is on financial and strategic due diligence analysis, underwriting, and deal structuring for Next Street.
Rojin has five years of experience in commercial banking as well as Fixed Income. Prior to joining Next Street, he was an Assistant Vice President at Citigroup’s Municipal Securities Division (MSD). Rojin was responsible for developing and managing quantitative models to provide risk analytics across MSD as well as accurate and actionable items to senior management and all business areas. During his time at Citigroup he also fulfilled credit officer responsibilities at Citi Community Capital, the community development financing arm of Citigroup, where he was a project finance portfolio manager.
Prior to Citigroup, Rojin served as a loan officer, specializing in SBA financing. Rojin was responsible for consulting with small to middle market prospects/clients to delineate and analyze their financial situations and develop strategic solutions to further grow their business interest. He brings experience in originating, structuring, and underwriting in a variety of complex scenarios. During his time as a loan officer, he also contributed to the successful accomplishments of loan and cross-selling campaigns.
Rojin holds a B.A. in Economics and minored in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Stony Brook University. He is an avid volunteer and is certified volunteer preparer for the IRS VITA program.
