Donald joined Next Street in 2013. As Chief Business and Growth Officer , Donald oversees the firm’s functions that focus on growth, excellence, and impact. He leads client and partner success, delivery excellence, impact measurement, and market development. Under his leadership, Next Street delivers transformative work with public and private sector partners, supporting over 125,000 small and supplier businesses annually and helping them unlock more than $50 million in capital and new revenue.
Before joining Next Street, Donald served as Executive Director at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, where he oversaw the city’s small business resource hub and service network. He began his career at the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, leading workforce initiatives in collaboration with employers and government partners. Donald holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University, with a concentration in Advanced Policy and Economic Analysis, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Duke University.
