Marian Cicolello is the Head of Delivery Growth and Enablement at Next Street, where she drives how the Delivery Team operates as a high-performing, scalable engine for the firm. Her team focuses on strengthening how Next Street grows from its client work, improving delivery effectiveness, and building the systems, processes, and capabilities that enable sustainable impact across the organization.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout the New York City region, Marian brings deep expertise in economic development, business advising, and program leadership.
At Next Street, she supports teams that deliver direct services through one-stop resource centers serving entrepreneurs and small business owners at every stage of their journey. Under her leadership, these programs support more than 10,000 entrepreneurs annually and help clients secure over $10 million in funding each year, creating meaningful economic impact across local communities.
Before joining Next Street, Marian built a successful career in advertising, working in Media Planning at several leading New York City agencies. Following her advertising career, Marian served as Vice President of the Women's Business Development Council in Connecticut, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women start, sustain, and grow their businesses.
Marian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University in New York City.
