Michel is Next Street’s Head of People and Culture. In this role she is responsible for developing and executing a people and culture strategy that aligns with Next Street’s mission, values, and business goals. She also oversees the firm’s human resource compliance and administration, employee lifecycle and employee experience, talent strategy, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Next Street, Michel was the Organizational Development Lead at Dell Technologies, where she led talent strategy for a 50K-person business unit. Before transitioning to the talent space, she spent 15 years in consulting, marketing, and product strategy across the healthcare, higher ed, and tech industries. Michel has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Stanford University. Michel resides just outside of Austin, TX.
