Head of Platform Solutions

Oseloka Idigbe is Head of Platform Solutions and is based in Next Street New York office. As part of the Delivery practice, he supports the provision of strategic advisory services to help Next Streets clients , to deepen their impact on the small business ecosystem. Prior to joining Next Street, he worked as an organization development consultant, ICF certified coach, and facilitator. He has had the opportunity to partner with a diverse group of nonprofit, foundation, and government leaders, including Bloomberg Philanthropies, NYCHA, and DOHMH NYC, on a wide range of projects focused on strategic planning, community engagement, leadership development, executive coaching, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion.

For the past decade my career has focused on strengthening organizations dedicated to economic, social, and racial equity. I was drawn to Next Street because of my interest in community empowerment, collaborative thinking and a desire to focus on building an inclusive, equitable economy.
